Kate Bosworth and her boyfriend Michael Polish were spotted at the 40th anniversary of Charlie Chaplin’s honorary Academy Award event at the Chateau Marmont on Tuesday. Bosworth is wearing a blue Stella McCartney gown paired with rose-colored heels. (WENN)
